Can't I just set this up myself?
Yes. Anthropic publishes the workflows and the plugin is free to enable if you have a Claude subscription. What we do is the implementation work — connecting your tools, building skills around your actual business processes, seeding the knowledge base with your documents, training your team. Most owners we work with tried the DIY route first and found the time cost (typically 25–40 hours) wasn't worth the saving. If you're comfortable with OAuth, JSON, prompt engineering and have the weekend free, doing it yourself is genuinely a valid option.
What's the actual difference between £1,500 setup-only and the full plan?
Setup-only gets you everything running properly, then you're on your own. Most clients underestimate how often they'll want to tweak workflows, add new ones, or hit a snag they can't troubleshoot. The £500/mo plan exists because it's cheaper than hiring an internal AI person and faster than learning everything yourself. If you have someone tech-savvy in-house who can take it from there, setup-only is genuine value.
What do I actually pay Anthropic?
Claude pricing changes over time, but as of the latest published rates, the Team plan suitable for small businesses is roughly £20–30 per user per month. You'll need this regardless of who sets it up. We'll recommend the right plan during the discovery call.
Will my data be safe?
Yes. Anthropic states they don't train on customer data on Team and Enterprise plans by default, and every workflow requires your explicit approval before anything is sent, posted, or paid. Existing permissions in your connected tools carry over — Claude can only access what the account you authorise can access. We never store your business data on our systems beyond what's needed for the setup work itself.
What if I want to cancel the monthly plan?
After the first three months, you can cancel any time with 30 days' notice. The setup work and custom skills we built remain in your Claude account — you keep everything. We just stop providing ongoing optimisation and support.
How is this different from your AI Chatbot service?
The chatbot is a customer-facing tool that sits on your website and answers visitor questions 24/7. AI Operations is an internal tool for you and your team — automating back-office work, reporting, finance, and ops. Many clients eventually use both, but they solve different problems.
